Stacking and destacking of 1 pallet

PALOMAT® Greenline

Electric pallet dispenser Frost proof pallet dispenser

The pallet magazine/ pallet dispenser PALOMAT Greenline - which is a part of our Stand Alone line - is for automatic pallet stacking and destacking using the touch-panel. PALOMAT Greenline only requires a 230 V power supply.

The user inserts or removes the pallets using a stacking truck or a fork lift truck. All pallet handling is carried out at floor level. The PALOMAT Greenline detects the pallets via photo sensors, aften which they are automatically stacked or destacked one by one.

When selecting destacking, a stack of no more than 15 or 25 pallets will be inserted in the PALOMAT, after which the pallets are automatically destacked one by one. When selecting stacking, the pallets are inserted one by one, after which the pallets are automatically stacked to no more than 15 or 25 pallets. The entire stack can subsequently be removed.

PALOMAT Greenline is only operated manually using the touch panel when there is to be a change beetween stacking and destacking or vice versa. In addition to this, the PALOMAT Greenline operates automatically.

The pallet magazine/ pallet dispenser PALOMAT is a standard pallet magazine but has a lot of possibilities when it comes to types af pallets and sizes. Customer-specific solutions can be offered.

For pallet magazine PALOMAT® Greenline we offer the following options:

Option - Sikkerhedsoverbygning til PALOMAT pallemagasin for 15 paller
Safety frame for 15 pallets

A safety frame is not a legal requirement but is recommended - especially if the PALOMAT will stand freely in a room.

It is also possible to obtain a safety frame with a gate.

Option - Safety frame with gate for 15 pallets for pallet magazine PALOMAT®
Safety frame with gate for 15 pallets

The gate is a part of the safty frame and is mounted for added safety. The PALOMAT® can only be operated when the gate is closed and locked with the gate safety switch. The gate covers the right front from the top of the second pallet at floor level to the top of the safety frame.

Option - Maximum indicator for pallet magazine PALOMAT
Maximum indicator

A Sick-sensor for indicating when a pallet stack automatically should be destacked onto the floor.

If the user for examples wants the PALOMAT® to stop at 15 pallets, a maximum indicator can be mounted on the safety frame or on a pole. When the maximum indicator indicates the specified number of pallets, the stack is automatically put on the floor. The stack is then ready for pickup by for example a stacker.

The function can also be done manually using the touch panel.

Option - Signal tower incl. maximum indicator for pallet magazine PALOMAT®
Signal tower incl. maximum indicator

A signal tower including a Sick sensor that detects when the pallet stack is full.

If the PALOMAT® needs to stop e.g. at 15 pallets, the signal tower with a maximum indicator can be mounted on the safety frame or on a bar. When the maximum indicator is actuated, e.g. at 15 pallets, the lamp lights and the stack is automatically put down on the floor. The stack is then ready for pick-up, e.g. by a hand pallet truck.

Option - Truck protection for the pallet magazine PALOMAT
Truck protection

The truck protection is produced in 10 mm steel and can be offered as an extra protection of the front sensors.

The truck protection is two separate parts, which are mounted into the floor in front of the PALOMAT®. The solution is used especially by companies, which handle pallets by forklifts.

Option - Stopblocks for the pallet magazine PALOMAT®
Stopblocks

The stop blocks are a perfect option when the PALOMAT® needs to handle pallets where the runners at the bottom are crosswise to the hand pallet truck. When pulling out the hand pallet truck from the PALOMAT®, the two stop blocks hold the pallet in place, keeping it in the magazine.

The stop blocks are installed at the front of the PALOMAT®, one on each side next to the front sensors.

Option - Switch disconnector for the pallet magazine PALOMAT
Switch disconnector

The switch disconnector enables disconnection from the main supply right on the machine. The switch disconnector can be locked, e.g. when servicing the machine.

This is an advantage and a safety feature for maintenance of the PALOMAT® unit. The switch disconnector is positioned under the main supply.

Option - Pallet handling cold environment
Pallet handling in cold environments down to –25°C

The PALOMAT can be modified with other actuators to enable pallet handling in cold environments down to –25°C.

Option - Prepared for AGV
Prepared for AGV

Prepared for communication with AGV Truck. The PALOMAT® sends a message to the AGV, when the magazine is empty/ full, is ready for delivering/receiving pallets or in case of error respectively.

Prepared for information via SMS/E-mail
Prepared for information via SMS/E-mail

An interface sends an e-mail or SMS to the responsible for the PALOMAT®, e.g. when the magasin is empty or when there is an error with the PALOMAT®. It is installed with a mobile data sim-card (delivered by the customer) or a patchcabel, which is connected to the company’s network.
